2. Daily check-ins with the team or manager are required to discuss progress and any issues.
3. Weekly team meetings will be held via video conference to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Workspace
1. Employees must have a designated workspace that is free from distractions and conducive to productivity.
2. Employees are responsible for maintaining their home office setup.
3. A reliable internet connection is required. Any disruptions must be communicated to the manager immediately.
Data Security
1. Employees must follow all data security protocols to protect company and client information.
2. Use of secure networks and VPNs is mandatory when accessing company systems.
3. All work-related documents and communications must be stored on company-approved platforms.
Performance and Accountability
1. Employees will be evaluated based on their output and the quality of their work, rather than hours worked.
2. Clear objectives and deadlines will be set, and regular performance reviews will be conducted.
3. Any issues with performance or productivity will be addressed promptly, and failure to meet expectations may result in revocation of remote work privileges.
