I’m Melanie Borden.

In 2020, I had no digital footprint. No website, no social media presence, nothing.

When COVID hit, and my coworkers were getting laid off all around me, I got scared.

I realized that if I had to start looking for new opportunities, I’d be in trouble. So, I started by building my personal brand on LinkedIn like my future depended on it–because it did!

So I started posting daily, going through trial and (t)error. I made mistakes. I stumbled. But, day by day, I built relationships, and opportunities followed.

Today, my brand (built primarily on LinkedIn, which then led to off-platform opportunities) has landed me clients, speaking engagements, advertorials, television appearances, and a platform that I can use to boost others who want…no, need… those opportunities for themselves as well.
