We talk a lot about visibility, strategy, and brand—but behind every successful personal brand is a support system. And often, the best place to start building that system is by uplifting the women around us.
Whether you’re mentoring rising professionals, sharing opportunities, or amplifying other voices, how we show up for women in our network matters.
This week, I’m sharing 3 meaningful (and easy!) ways you can support the women in your orbit—starting today.

Amplify Their Work:
It takes two seconds to repost, share, or comment on a woman’s post. Visibility is currency on platforms like LinkedIn—and your engagement goes a long way. You never know who’s watching or what doors it might open for them. Pro Tip: Add your own insight when sharing their content. It boosts their thought leadership and shows your alignment.

Make the Connection:
Referrals and introductions are power moves. If you know a woman who’s crushing it and would be a perfect fit for a podcast, speaking opportunity, or client engagement—say her name in rooms she’s not in. That small gesture can change someone’s entire trajectory. Your challenge this week: Introduce two women in your network who could benefit from knowing each other.

Mentor Without the Formality: You don’t need a coaching business to be a mentor. Sometimes a DM of encouragement, a thoughtful comment, or a quick “Hey, I see you and you’re doing amazing work” is all it takes to shift someone’s mindset and momentum. People remember how you made them feel. Be someone who builds others up without being asked.
